Bikette opened its doors on March 18, 2021 with a clear mission: to offer tasty and authentic burgers, made with quality ingredients.

 

Today, we are pleased to welcome you to our two establishments: the original Bikette à Bailli in the Châtelain district, and our new gem located in the heart of the Sablon.

 

Our Concept: At Bikette, simplicity meets excellence. We cook delicious burgers with carefully selected products. Our brioche buns, as soft as little cushions, are made on site every day from flour, butter, milk and organic eggs, according to a timeless grandmother's recipe.

 

Our Ingredients:

• Holstein Beef: Tender and juicy meat, which enhances each burger with its rich flavor.

• Crispy Chicken: Marinated and perfectly fried, for a crispy texture and a juicy center.

• Accro's Vegetable Mince: For our vegetarian friends, we offer a tasty steak made from wheat and pea proteins.

• Pulled Pork Maison: Our house specialty! The pork shoulder is cooked for 4h30 at low temperature in a sweet and salty sauce prepared in-house, for an ultra-gourmet and melt-in-the-mouth result.

• Farmhouse Cheeses: Choose from a selection of 6 farmhouse cheeses, Cheddar, Tomme de Savoie, Bleu d'Auvergne, Maroilles, Raclette... each bringing a unique touch to our burgers.

• Homemade Pickles: We carefully prepare our homemade pickles using cucumbers, marinated in vinegar and hermetically sealed in jars. This artisanal preparation allows us to develop a subtle and refreshing flavor that complements our burgers.

• Fresh Salad: Each burger is topped with fresh salad, adding a crunchy and refreshing touch.

• Bikette Secret Sauce: Our finishing touch is Bikette Secret Sauce, a homemade recipe made with mayonnaise and carefully selected ingredients to enrich the taste of our burgers and fries.

• Fresh Fries: Accompany your burger with our fresh fries, prepared from 100% Belgian Bintje potatoes, and served with our secret Bikette sauce.
